We are now looking for an experienced and charismatic

Bar Manager

to lead the team at

Alfie's

, our buzzy first-floor bar at The Alfred Tennyson in Belgravia. This is a unique opportunity to run one of London's most inviting pub bars, blending neighbourhood charm with elevated drinks service.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire a passionate front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service and warm hospitality Champion our curated drinks list, from craft ales and fine wines to signature cocktails and seasonal specials Collaborate with our GM and Head Chef to drive footfall, host events, and deliver memorable guest experiences Manage stock, rotas, supplier relationships, and compliance to high standards Create a welcoming bar culture where team members are motivated, confident, and proud of what they do

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a senior bar or management role in a premium pub, bar, or restaurant A natural leader with strong communication and people skills A flair for drinks - you know your classics and love introducing guests to new favourites Great attention to detail and pride in keeping a bar looking and running beautifully A proactive mindset with a focus on standards, training, and continuous improvement
