Bar Manager

to lead our bar team and ensure every guest enjoys exceptional service.

The Role:

As Bar Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of the bar and front of house, leading from the front with professionalism, energy, and a genuine passion for hospitality. This is a key leadership role where you'll manage day-to-day operations, motivate your team, and keep standards consistently high.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating and serving outstanding cocktails with creativity and precision. Managing shifts, including opening and closing the venue. Leading the front of house team to deliver warm, professional service. Overseeing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships. Ensuring health & safety, licensing, and compliance standards are met. Driving a positive team culture and providing on-the-job training. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation. Being flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.

About You:

Previous experience as a Bar Manager or strong Assistant Manager looking to step up. Excellent cocktail knowledge and a passion for quality drinks. Strong leadership and people management skills. Highly organised with a keen eye for detail. Confident in handling stock, budgets, and operational procedures. Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about creating great guest experiences.
