THE ROLE
As a Bar Manager you will be responsible for fulfilling the management in the daily operation of the Aethos Bar.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
Provide exceptional quality service to guests in a quick and efficient manner in line with hotel and brand standards.
Overseeing and supporting the opening, operation, and closing of Aethos Bar.
Genuine passion and a good working knowledge of all beverage products - particularly wine, liquor, and signature cocktails as well as a good working knowledge of all food products. (Excellent training will be given!)
To train and develop an exceptional team, to empower them to be the best they can be
ABOUT YOU
Ideally you would have previous experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar 'Lifestyle' boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar
Be comfortable in your ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
Have an open and approachable manner, great communication skills and thrive on interacting with people
Strong leadership skills excellent customer service focus
An eye for detail and an understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service
