Working closely with the General manager you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining the highest standards. Base salary 35,000 per annum + service charge (Circa 15,000 per annum)

What you'll be doing a Bar manager:
Manage the bar, oversee daily bar operations on all 4 floors, ensuring smooth service at pace, whilst maintaining high standards.
Inspire and manager a team of bartenders, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
Develop and maintain an exciting drink menu, create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable experiences for our guests.
Monitor stock levels, keep track of stock usage and place orders when required.
Mentor and train bar staff to improve their skills and provide them with opportunities to grown within the company.
Work closely with the management team to implement new ideas that enhance the guest experience and drive business growth.
About you, our new Bar manager:
Proven experience as a bar manager in a high-end high-volume venue.
Advantageous if you have previous experience in fine dining or high end restaurants
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage and develop a diverse team.
Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
