Our client, a highly regarded high-end restaurant operator, is seeking an accomplished Bar Manager to lead the bar operation within their prestigious Mayfair restaurant. The Role

• As Bar Manager, you will take full ownership of a high-volume, sophisticated, restaurant-based bar operation, setting the standard for service, quality, and consistency.
• You will lead from the front, inspiring your team while ensuring every detail reflects the expectations of a premium Mayfair clientele.

The Ideal Candidate

• A confident and experienced Bar Manager with a strong background in with experience of working in the Mayfair market
• Proven experience running a polished bar concept with excellent processes, training, and operational standards
• A natural leader with the ability to recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
• Commercially astute, with experience managing labour budgets, beverage margins, and consumables
• Highly organised, with strong stock control and cost management skills
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences
• Ambitious and career-driven, eager to progress within a successful and expanding hospitality group
