We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar team in delivering exceptional service and creating a vibrant atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for food and beverage management. This role requires excellent leadership skills, culinary experience, and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock control. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences. Train and supervise bar staff, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional development. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service, enhancing the overall guest experience. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring resolution to maintain satisfaction. Monitor financial performance of the bar, implementing strategies to improve profitability.

Experience

Proven experience in a bar management role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and production techniques. Previous supervising or team management experience is essential. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Experience in restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Barista experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
