Roles & Responsibilities
Menu Development (Interest + Knowledge of spirits highly desirable)
Developing and implementing venue specific training plans
Upholding venue compliance and bar audits
Stock management including completing weekly stock takes
Working and leading busy services alongside the team on the bar and floor
