About the venue

The venue will be a 7 day a week operation in the heart of London's most popular late party destination. A multi-level and thus multi bar venue you'll have to ensure that consistency across both is maintained every day. An opportunity to bring the famous house party vibe to a new audience with the largest house ever created at The Little Door & Co.

About the role

Your role as BM will be to run the bars and bar team. An in-depth knowledge of product, stock control through affective ordering & GP control, team management and quality control for wow factor food.

Key Responsibilities:

Be an ambassador for The Little Door & Co, embodying company values and leading by example Ensuring that Guests have the best experience through exceptional drinks delivered by all team members. Maintaining exceptional standards across bars A solid understanding of margin control, revenue growth and wet cost management Ensuring all due diligence and food safety measured are followed by the whole bar team Maintain brand integrity through drinks made to spec's 100% of the time.
Who You Are:

A proven leader with significant experience in bar management, preferably in late night bars or cocktail bars Passionate about creating wow factor drinks to surprise guests and exceed expectations Highly organised, diligent and commercially astute. Capable of managing a high-revenue business An excellent communicator, able to build relationships with staff not only on the bar but with the FOH management & staff. Committed to staff development and fostering a positive working culture

Pay: 42,500.00-45,000.00 per year
