Bar Manager Responsibilities

Maintain ongoing recruitment & training of bar staff and retaining top talent

Ensuring a unique and exceptional guest experience is provided

Complete weekly stock audits and stock reports in line with the company's Gross Profit (GP) margins

Carry out weekly wet stock and consumable orders

Developing new menus and cocktail specials

Act as an opening and closing manager where necessary
