OUR EXPECTATIONS



Overseeing daily the bar operations, stock rotation & ordering. Supervise FOH staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow. Participate in food preparation and cooking, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Help develop new menu items and specials that align with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen. Train and mentor junior team members in preparation techniques and best practices. Monitor inventory levels, assisting with ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications



Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within a restaurant environment. Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising kitchen staff. Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills, with a passion for cooking. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy bar setting. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality experiences. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
