We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar team and ensure the highest standards of service and product quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. As Bar Manager, you will oversee all bar operations, lead the team and work closely with other departments.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development. Collaborate with the team to create innovative drink menus that complement food offerings. Maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary while managing costs effectively. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation within the bar area. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to enhance guest experience. Implement and maintain food safety protocols in accordance with industry standards. Assist in marketing initiatives to promote the bar and increase patronage.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a busy bar environment. Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff Familiarity with bartending techniques, cocktail preparation, and beverage service. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food safety practices. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with guests and team members alike.
