We're seeking a

Bar Manager

with flair, leadership, and a passion for premium spirits to take the helm of our bar operations and inspire our team to deliver excellence at every guest interaction.

The Role

As Bar Manager, you will be the driving force behind the guest experience at SIXTOWNS. Your role will blend operational expertise with creativity, overseeing everything from daily bar operations to extraordinary events:

Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing bar team Ensure every guest encounter exceeds expectations in service and quality Oversee bar operations across venues, events, and private hires Manage stock, supplier relationships, and bar financials Plan and execute exclusive events, seasonal menus, and innovative promotions Ensure full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and bar regulations Maintain and elevate our reputation as a premium, experiential destination

What We're Looking For

? Proven experience managing a bar or premium hospitality venue
? Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
? Deep knowledge and passion for craft spirits, mixology, and cocktails
? Expertise in stock management, ordering, and financial reporting
? Confidence in delivering exceptional customer service in high-paced environments
? Experience curating and running events or bespoke experiences
? Strong understanding of licensing laws, health & safety, and regulatory compliance
