We are looking to add to our current team, and are looking for a Duty Manager/Manager for our GLASGOW VENUE! We have operated from these venues since 2013, so you have no worry of long term stability!
The ideal candidate must have:-
Minimum 2 years of Managerial Experience required.
- Must be over 23 years of age
- Must have own transport or live locally. Free On-Street Parking Available just outside.
- Must be fully flexible. Shifts are mainly evenings and weekends. These shifts can be varied weekly as per business needs.
Looking for the ideal candidate who would be hands on, with the help of the General Manager and be able to lead a team of part time staff, and manage the day to day running of a licensed premises such as staff management & training, ordering, stock management, rotas, cleaning schedule, etc. We are looking for someone that will embrace and enjoys the hospitality industry.
Salary is paid weekly via bank transfer, and is based on hours worked, at an hourly rate of 13.71 /Hour for between 35-40 hours per week once probationary period this may be reviewed. Please note this is not a salaried pay, but you will be paid for EVERY extra hour you work, with a guarantee of a minimum of 35 hours per week.
We are looking for the ideal canidate to start in the coming weeks for this PERMANENT, long term job role. Your fully paid training period will last 2 months.Interested?
