Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the bar, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
Train and supervise bar staff in bartending techniques, food preparation, and customer service excellence.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly regarding food safety and alcohol service.
Develop innovative drink menus and maintain quality control over all beverages served.

Experience
Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential.
