Objective



Coordinating daily Beverage management operations at The Idle Rocks. Responsible for the delivery of first-class guest service at all time. Responsible for growing the team spirit between the front of house and kitchen staff. Maintaining the beverage's revenue & quality goals. The smooth running of the operations. Maintain company philosophy through standard operating procedures and sequence of service. Recognise and, if required, correct service standards during the operation. Feedback & complaint handling.

Responsibilities



Manage beverage purchasing, beverage menu designing, marketing of new products and VIP customer requests. Manage all FOH positions, including scheduling, developing, and coaching employees, motivating the team, and continuing to drive sales. Lead bartenders in everyday functions and assist with inventory control. Utilize POS system to accurately charge customers, track revenue reports and ensure timeliness of food and beverage. Participate in the selection, design, development of POS system and take charge of weekly inventory. Review financial transactions such as the budget and payroll records to ensure the weekly expenditures are accounted for and authorized Train bartenders. Provide good guest service and reduce guest complaints. Report to Food & Beverage Manager.

Good sense of humour - essential.
The hotel will depend on a Bar Manager who is 100% committed to the success of the whole hotel, not just F&B.

Qualifications



Hospitality related qualifications are desirable, however not compulsory should your

experiences prevail
