Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to help oversee our bar, working closely with the club committee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, as well as exceptional leadership and hospitality skills. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bar, maintaining high standards of service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including the day to day running of the club, managing staff and maintaining cleanliness.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance our members experience
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Health & safety and building compliance

- Contribute to the organising of events if required
- Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
- Create a welcoming environment for members and handle customer enquiries or complaints promptly

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proficient in safety standards and practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with bar operations is essential

The successful applicant will undergo Standard DBS checks.
