Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering queries about drinks and menu items. Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible alcohol service. Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food safety practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. A friendly and approachable demeanour with outstanding hospitality skills. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

The pay will be minimum wage dependant on your age

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 11.44-12.77 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
