Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for creating exceptional drinks while providing outstanding service to our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining a clean and organised bar area, and ensuring that every patron has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Engage with customers, providing friendly service and assistance in selecting drinks. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and report any shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Demonstrate excellent time management skills during busy periods to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong knowledge of basic maths for handling cash transactions and drink measurements. Understanding of food safety standards is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help guests enjoy their experience. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
