The King William IV is currently recruiting Part-Time bar staff. We are looking to add passionate, dedicated, fun and experienced individuals to our bar team. We have a lot of staff since young ages, and their of to university now. We've brought our babies up!

In this job we expect you to be able to serve the guest in a professional and timely manner. Cash handling and a good sociable attitude are a must. Service with a smile.

We are willing to train anyone keen, who loves and is committed to working in a very social environment..

As a bartender / server you will need to have:

Strong Communication Skills

Positive attitude with personable and friendly demeanour

The ability to multitask

Attention to detail and organisational skills

A smart, tidy and hygienic appearance

Conflict Resolution - An ability to deal with difficult customers

Flexibility and adaptability

The ability to work well within a team and also on your own

Cellar knowledge - however training is available

Shifts will vary and will include a mixture of daytime & evening weekend working.

Working late, unsociable hours. Bank holidays, Christmas, Whit Friday and other

KEYdates for the business are part of this role. We also have a marquee and catering business where there is the opportunity to work additional hours, increasing from part-time hours with the expansion of the business.
