We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Assist with food preparation and serving during events such as banquets or catering services. Buss tables and assist in the overall cleanliness of the dining area as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food handling practices. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is highly desirable. Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen experience is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning procedures and maintaining hygiene standards in food handling.
