Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Take accurate drink orders, ensuring all requests are catered for. Serve beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation. Collaborate with service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service areas throughout service.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A team player who is flexible and willing to assist colleagues when needed. Pay: Up to 15.00 per hour
