We are seeking a friendly, well-organized, and customer-focused
Bar Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for guests entering our bar. As the face of our establishment, you will be responsible for greeting patrons, managing reservations, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently using booking systems.
Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to customer inquiries.
Coordinate with bar staff and servers to manage guest flow and seating.
Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and entrance area.
Provide information about menu items, promotions, and events.
Handle guest complaints or direct them to the appropriate manager.
Monitor guest behavior to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
Support the team with general administrative and front-of-house duties.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a positive, approachable attitude.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with booking/reservation software is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
