Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to join our team in delivering exceptional service at our bar and backpackers hostel. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for cleanliness and supervising staff as well as excellent customer service to make sure that our guests and customers have an excellent stay.

Duties:
- Supervise staff and making sure that standards are met
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Managing our bookings and making sure that beds are being sold optimally
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Handle cash transactions accurately

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Bartender or receptionist in a hotel, hostel or bar setting
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay starts at 35k a year with bonus schemes inplace worth approximately 7k

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year
