Bar & Restaurant Manager in Hitchin | 36,500 + Tronc (up to 10k) + Bonus
I am recruiting for an iconic high quality, high volume venue in Hitchin. This role offers ownership of the day-to-day operation and a clear path into senior management through their progression program.
The Package:
- 36,500 basic + Upto 10,000 in Tronc + additional bonuses
- WSET Level 1 & 2 training provided
- Local and international supplier trips
- wine at cost, meals on shift, and additional days off annually
- Generous staff rates across all sites
- Manage and develop the front-of-house and bar teams
- Oversee daily operations, rotas, and training
- Manage budgets, costs, and KPIs to maximize profitability
- Maintain high service standards
- Coordinate with the kitchen and senior management to drive growth
- Current Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready for a step up
- Experience in busy, high-quality restaurant and bar environments
- Solid commercial awareness
- Strong knowledge of wine
