Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar & Restaurant Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere in our dining spaces

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Assist with food preparation when required, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage stock levels effectively, reporting any shortages or issues to the management team. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring basic maths skills are utilised for processing payments.

Skills

Previous experience in a bar & Restaurant together with a passion for hospitality is key. Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic food safety knowledge to assist in food preparation tasks as needed. Effective time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanour. Strong organisational skills to keep the bar area tidy and well-stocked.

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
