You have an exciting opportunity as Breakfast and preparation Chef to produce new, exciting menus, assist & manage an efficient & effective food operation under Head Chef and in his absence.

Breakfast Chef/ Commi Chef - Experience/ Skills:

A genuine passion for food is a must! Previously in a similar role as a Commi or Breakfast Chef with fresh food experience Enthusiastic, open to new ideas, food trends Good communication & interpersonal skills Creative, attention to detail, team spirit Calm under pressure, physical stamina, flexible
