We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shift Leader to join our team i. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations in the absence of a manager, and will ensuring that our kitchen and bar staff maintain high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support staff during food preparation and service to ensure quality and efficiency.
Lead by example, demonstrating excellent hospitality practices while fostering a positive work environment.
Assist in training new team members on food safety protocols, cooking techniques, and bar policies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and bar areas.
Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational performance.
Cashing up tills at end of shifts, as well as change order collection.
Locking up the building when required.
Requirements
Proven experience in a keyholder role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Food safety certificant
Experience to show strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Experience in a kitchen environment, preferably with cooking experience.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.
Expected start date: 1/05/25.

Pay: 37,130.00-38,855.00 per year
Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week
