Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses

- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Handle cash /card transactions accurately and efficiently

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably 2 years +,in bartending or a similar role

- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash /card transactions

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work well as part of a team, demonstrating good communication and collaboration skills
