Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff/Servers to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience.
Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area. Engage with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any enquiries or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient operations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments. Opening up/closing business at end of day.
Experience
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred. Experience in serving, food preparation, or culinary roles is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent guest services skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for patrons.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 16 per week
