Allens Caravans Estates Ltd has made a significant investment in a new state-of-the-art leisure building at Aber Bay Holiday Park in Clarach Bay. Featuring a stunning beachfront bar and restaurant, this venue offers a vibrant atmosphere for holidaymakers and visitors. We're now looking to recruit friendly and reliable Bar Staff to join our growing hospitality team.
Job Summary:
As part of the bar team, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests by preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service. The bar and restaurant are open 7 days a week and are busiest at weekends and during holidays, Saturday and Sunday availability is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced environment. Greet and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Operate tills and handle transactions accurately. Restock and rotate bar supplies and ingredients. Check IDs and follow responsible alcohol service policies. Support the team with opening and closing duties. Assist during events, busy periods, and promotions.
Requirements:
Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Friendly, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
