As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and answering any questions regarding the menu or drinks. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers at the bar. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality sector is preferred but not essential. A solid understanding of food safety practices is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members. Time management skills are crucial for maintaining service flow during peak hours. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment is essential for success in this role.
