As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bartenders by ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organised. Help prepare drinks as directed by bartenders, demonstrating basic bartending skills.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and assisting with their needs when required.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
Basic knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing stock levels.
A willingness to learn about bartending techniques and drink preparation.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers and team members.
