We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at the bar area. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to enhance the overall guest experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, applying basic maths skills as necessary. Provide assistance to guests as needed, ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Strong bartending skills with an understanding of drink preparation techniques. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders effectively. A willingness to help others, contributing positively to team dynamics and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
