Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team. We are on the brink of refurbing Biddy Duffy's and you'll be a key member in moving it in the right direction. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing consistent service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
