Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The hours are seasonal from April - September.

The hours we are looking to recuit are: -

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 6.30pm - 9.30pm, Saturdays and Sundays when required and vary dependant on what competitions are being played.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Assist customers with their orders. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and bowling area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management, including ordering supplies when necessary. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times. Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining basic maths skills for transactions. Provide excellent hospitality by engaging with guests, creating a friendly atmosphere, and addressing any concerns promptly. Collecting rink fees and taking rink bookings. A high degree of flexibility is required due to the hours and the nature of the role.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is vital. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service in a restaurant or bar setting. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
