Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers warmly and providing excellent customer service
- Taking drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling cash transactions and operating the till
- Cleaning and maintaining the bar area to ensure a tidy and organised workspace
- Assisting in restocking bar inventory and supplies
- Adhering to food safety standards and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous
- Proficiency in basic maths for handling transactions
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong hospitality skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work well in a team and independently when needed
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Familiarity with bartending techniques is desirable
