We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the hospitality industry and have a keen interest in bartending.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently while providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills to process payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible serving practices are followed. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Strong hospitality skills with a customer-focused attitude. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions effectively. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for bartending and an eagerness to develop skills within the role.
