Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Assist customers in selecting drinks and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Experience

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is essential. Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately. A background in bartending or hospitality is advantageous, particularly knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques. Understanding of food safety practices is beneficial for maintaining health standards within the bar environment. Strong time management skills are essential for thriving in a fast-paced atmosphere while delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
