Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for experienced bar staff to join our team at the award-winning Browns Bonds Hill restaurant.
The ideal candidate should be experienced working in a busy bar/restaurant environment and have fantastic customer service skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
Create new and exciting cocktail concepts
Ensure that bars are stocked with glasses, garnishes, drink mixes and ice
Build positive relationships with guests to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Complete required cleaning tasks of all restaurant/bar areas and equipment
Serve all drinks with great presentation and care
Assist waiting staff with food orders when required
Assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
Have strong knowledge of beverage lists and any promotions
Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
Other duties as assigned
Person Specification
Must be over the age of 18
Previous bartending/cocktail experience required
Fantastic communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a pressured environment
Excellent time management
Hard working, reliable and good work ethic
Good personal hygiene
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
