Job Description

Malones is a city centre family run Irish bar, that prides itself on live music, sport and an ability to deliver a great night out with its electric atmosphere. We are looking to add to our fantastic team for both full time and part time positions.

This role responsible for providing high standard of service to our customers, from taking order to serving drinks. The role will require you to working closely with the management team for the entire venue to develop the bar and ensure a positive customer experience. The right candidate should possess strong product knowledge and be able to confidently converse with customers.

All customer issues are dealt with promptly and according to procedure

Report any issues that you are unable to resolve to your management team that you cannot deal appropriately with yourself.

Experience and Training

The ideal candidate will have come from previous bar or waiting experience, working in high volume venues and be able to hit the ground running. All training will be provided. The company will invest in various levels of training for this position, including individual FLOW training modules that are specific to the role as well as opportunities to go through additional training.
