We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, applying basic maths skills for billing purposes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed. Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Must be 18 years of age due to the sale of alcohol. Basic maths skills for processing payments and managing tabs effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. A proactive attitude towards helping colleagues and contributing to team success.
