Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving our products, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to an enjoyable experience for all customers.
Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised bar area. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Assist in restocking the bar, before, during and after service.
Skills
Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle busy periods while maintaining quality service. Previous experience in cash-handling and managing cash flow effectively. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional. A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse range of customers. Ability to confidently work as a team, and independently.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 12.20 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week
Work Location: In person
