Job role to include,
Greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service
Preparing food and Beverages to a high standard
Processing transactions and handling cash and credit card payments accurately
Ensure tables are clean, well-organized, and set up for service
Providing top quality service to all our members
Making recommendations to customers and answering any questions
Monitor and maintain hygiene and cleaning standards.
Handling complaints with professionalism and tact
Keeping the premises clean and tidy at all times
Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Promoting the business to all, new and existing members
The desired applicant would have the following, but not limited to;
Friendly and welcoming demeanor to enhance customer experience
Proven hospitality experience
Food service experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given
Confidence to communicate with customers throughout service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
The ability to follow written and verbal instruction
