Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our bar operations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use. Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations as needed. Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring basic maths skills are applied for accurate billing. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure the bar is well-equipped at all times. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we are willing to train the right candidates. Familiarity with bartending techniques and beverage preparation is advantageous. Strong understanding of food safety practices is essential. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. A positive attitude towards helping others and working as part of a team is crucial for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
