We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain a clean and organised bar area. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills. Assist in restocking supplies as needed and ensure all equipment is in good working order. Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service during busy periods. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service while maintaining high standards of quality.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and a willingness to help others in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
