We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Cocktail Preparation and drink presentation Social media engagement and influencer-friendly atmosphere building Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high service standards. Confident in rotating stock, changing barrels, maintaining line cleanliness and ensuring correct storage temperatures.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Basic understanding of food safety practices is advantageous. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting. Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
