We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team.

We are looking for both full time and part time staff.

As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the bar area. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Assist with food preparation when required, ensuring timely service during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Maintain an organised bar area, including cleaning glassware and utensils regularly. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during events or busy shifts. Uphold the establishment's policies regarding responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Bartending experience is highly desirable; familiarity with cocktail preparation is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service. Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently when required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
