Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated part time Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a smooth and efficient bar operation. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, in accordance with standard recipes. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene at all times. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries or requests for assistance. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Previous experience in a restaurant or bartending role is advantageous but not essential. A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service to guests. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
