Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. In our brand new restaurant Pepito in Ballyhackamore (sister restaurant of Neill's Hill) The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. You will be responsible for serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Wages and hours, to be discussed, depending on age.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes Provide outstanding guest services by engaging with customers and responding to their needs Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders Handle cash transactions accurately, applying basic math skills for payments Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with hospitality practices Experience in guest services, showcasing strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a busy environment

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-12.22 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
