Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a Bar Staff member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving beverages, ensuring cleanliness, and providing assistance to customers in a fast-paced environment.

We have two bars in the restaurant, which are both equally as busy and both small in size. An ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure whilst delivering consistent service.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Assist customers with their drink selections, providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper change is given. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, notifying management when reordering is necessary. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Basic maths skills are required for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. A strong sense of hospitality and customer service orientation is essential for success in this role.

Pay: 12.60-15.00 per hour
